Three Stark properties promote for greater than $1 million

Stark County saw three properties sell for more than $1 million last month, including property around the Belden Village mall, according to the latest real estate filings with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.

Seritage SRC Finance LLC sold several buildings at the mall in Jackson Township, including the Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, Boot Barn and Dave & Buster’s, to Fidelis, doing business as Canton BV Associates LLC, for $21.3 million. Fidelis is a real estate company based in Bellaire, Texas.

Meanwhile, Elliott Property Holdings LLC of Canton purchased a 23,000-square-foot industrial warehouse at 3321 Bruening Ave. SW in Canton Township from Everich Inc. for $1,215,000, according to the filings.
