Irving enterprise park sells to native investor

Dallas-based CanTex Capital purchased Westridge Center, a 94,000-square-foot, three-building office and industrial development located at 2000-2020 Westridge Drive in Irving. The 6.5-acre business park was built in 1986 and is near DFW International Airport. Younger Partner’s Tom Strohbehn and Scot Farber brokered the sale.

Investor Dunleer purchased The Lex, a 144-unit multifamily community on LBJ Freeway in the Lake Highlands neighborhood of Dallas. Marcus & Millichap’s Drew Kile, Joey Tumminello, Michael Ware, Will Balthrope and Cameron Purse brokered the sale.

A New York-based investor, Keyway, has purchased an Oak Lawn apartment community. The Shelby Apartments include 41 units located on Cedar Springs Road near the Dallas North Tollway.

Rise48 Equity has purchased the Paces Cove Apartments, a 328-unit multifamily community on Pandora Drive in Dallas. The new owners plan to spend $8 million in renovations on the property. With offices in Phoenix and Dallas, Rise48 Equity has acquired 40 apartment properties since 2019.

A Dallas investor has purchased the 8,600-square-foot Jupiter Plaza retail center on Jupiter Road in Plano. Hudson Lambert of Strive Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale.

Leases

Bluetriton Brands has signed a 603,328 square foot industrial lease at 2900 West Drive in Lancaster. Canon Shoults, John Gorman and Mitch Cantwell with Holt Lunsford negotiated the lease with Caleb McCoy with JLL.

Hayes Company LLC leased 156,293 square feet at Peachtree Distribution Center on Peachtree Road in Mesquite. Matt Dornak and Ryan Wolcott with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Greg Nelson with Paladin Partners.

Encompass Supply Chain Solutions LLC leased 103,130 square feet of industrial space at Bison Grove Business Park at 701 Spinks Road in Lewisville. Bob Hagewood and Jeremy Kelly with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with SK Commercial Realty.

GTS Technology Solutions Inc. leased 48,350 square feet of industrial space at Lone Star Service Center I at 1463-1473 Terre Colony Court in Dallas. James Mantzuranis, Ridley Culp and Jason Moser with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease.

Veolia Es Technical Solutions LLC signed a 29,873 square-foot industrial lease at 1019 Enterprise Place in Arlington. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Caleb McCoy with JLL.

Marvel Equipment Corp leased a 15,707 square-foot industrial space at 910 Fountain Parkway in Grand Prairie. Canon Shoults, Maddy Canty and Walker Floyd with Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Tyson Erwin with NAI Robert Lynn.

Next After expanded its office lease to 14,240 square feet at Lincoln Legacy Two on the Dallas North Tollway in Plano. John Dickenson with Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.

Land Care Management Services LLC signed a 13,487 square-foot lease at 1955 Lakeway Drive in Lewisville. Andrew Gilbert, Keaton Brice and Hudson Sheets with Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.

WellMed Medical Management Inc. has leased 11,559 square feet of space in Valoris Healthpark located at 601 Clara Barton in Garland. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Austin Barrett negotiated the lease with Jennifer Janecka at Collier International.

Anatolia Rug Gallery has leased 5,100 square feet of retail space at Inwood Design Center at 1325 Inwood Rd in Dallas. Gavin Fite of Resolut Real Estate negotiated the lease.

DFW Granite Inc. has leased 4,000 square feet of warehouse space in Bickham Industrial Park, 10230 Bickham Rd., in Dallas. Jason Finch and Michael W. Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease.

BrightSun Energy LLC has leased 3,500 square feet of office space in Las Colinas Tech Center at 2045 W. Walnut Hill Lane in Irving. from Las Colinas. Jason Finch of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease.
