- Nearby News: Suffolk police are asking the public to help solve the death of a 76-year-old in Stony Brook. Police arrived at the scene after a call that reported a car in the water on Shore Road. Unfortunately, they found the driver, Harriet Farish, deceased inside the vehicle. An investigation is undergoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact the homicide squad at 631-852- 6392.
